The Nassauer House or the Schlüsselfeldersche Foundation House in Nuremberg is a medieval residential tower made of so-called red castle sandstone. Originally built in a Romanesque style, the house still features Gothic style elements after some modifications. It is the last residential tower still in existence in Nuremberg.

A medieval, representative residential tower in the Romanesque-Gothic style with lavish coat of arms decoration.
The Italian landed nobility once established this type of building (also called a family tower) in the cities - whose members did not want to miss out on castle-like defensive qualities even in an urban environment.
The name is misleading: any reference to King Adolf of Nassau has so far been successfully refuted by historians.
The cellar and the first two floors date from the 12th or 13th century, the extensions from the 15th.
The tower is only accessible to the public by visiting the Franconian restaurant in the vaulted cellar.
