주의: 하이킹 시 Google Maps에서 잘못된 접근 경로를 제안합니다. 시작 지점은 "임도" 한가운데에 있으며 Saliceto에서 접근할 수 없습니다. Saliceto의 길(경로 안내에 따른)은 자물쇠가 채워진 문으로 막혀 있습니다. D71에서 오는 D639 도로를 이용하는 길은 가볼 만합니다(Gavignano까지 이어짐). 풍경과 마을의 경치가 매우 아름답습니다.

From the distance from the starting point (church parking lot) of 750m to 1400m, the path marked with pink arrows or dots runs 60m further to the left than indicated on the Koomot map. Don't be confused!

A wonderful and well-marked circular hike to the summit of San Petrone. At 1767m, Monte San Petrone is the highest peak in the Castagniccia region. Castagniccia stands for the Corsican name 'chestnut grove' and covers the hilly area between Bastia and Aleria in the east of Corsica. The last ascent is again intense and well attended, I hardly met any people on my circular hike. But apparently there is still a not so intense way to the summit that comes from the north and brings some visitors with it.
