The village church of Hönow is a fieldstone church dating from the 13th century. It was restored and reopened to the public after suffering severe damage from bombing and artillery fire during the war. The Soviet War Cemetery in Blumberg, municipality of Ahrensfelde, is a burial place for 167 Soviet soldiers who fell in the fighting on the Berlin ring road in April 1945. There is a monument on site with a Red Army soldier as flag bearer on a pedestal.
