🏡 The Nature Friends' House "Am Haselrech" is more than just a hut – it's a living hiking culture. Since the 1920s, it's been a place for community and nature experiences. The information board tells the story of the long journey to the present day – through the Nazi era, re-establishment, and reconstruction. Today, there's space here again to rest, play, and enjoy. 📍 Tip: 🏡 Read the history – it makes the Nature Friends' House a special place with depth.

🗺️ This sign tells the story of one of the oldest routes in the region: the "Altstraße" (Old Road) on the ridge between Brücken and Glan-Münchweiler. A route ran here as early as the Iron Age – over 2,000 years old! Today, it's part of the "Jewish Culture Trail" and offers fascinating insights into the early settlement of the Palatinate Uplands. 📍 Tip: 🗺️ Anyone interested in history should definitely read both signs on the Cultural Trail – they make this hike particularly worthwhile.

Especially in summer, Lake Ohmbach is a great place for all ages. There are restaurants, boat rentals, playgrounds, a campsite and plenty of benches. A walk along the shore is about 3 kilometres long.
