The distillery is well worth a visit. The staff are very friendly and happy to explain the production of this whisky and demonstrate its characteristics. It's a truly special experience for connoisseurs.

The museum has more than 300 ship models and a sea of curious things brought home by sailors from the seven seas, for example a shrunken head that also appears in Carsten Jensen's novel "We, the drowned"

From inside the hut you have an excellent view of the surrounding wetland and the wide meadows, which serve as resting and breeding grounds for numerous bird species. Depending on the time of year, a wide variety of bird species can be observed here, from waders to ducks and birds of prey. Information boards in the hut provide information about the bird species present.

The lighthouse can be entered for a fee. Great viewing point and rest area with plenty of seating. In the adjacent clubhouse of Ærø Golf Club there is a small kiosk with snacks and drinks.

Fairly flat place with water, toilet and benches with table. It's quite busy here in the high season, the place is sometimes full. The location is great! https://www.visitaeroe.dk/aeroe/explore/voderup-teltplads-gdk1081487 In fact, at least eight tents fit, some of them not very small.
