🌳 The walnut tree avenue consists of hundreds of walnut trees that form a natural canopy in summer. This makes it one of the most pleasant routes for cyclists and walkers on the Moselle Cycle Path.

🌳 The walnut tree avenue in Brauneberg is one of the most striking landmarks of the Middle Moselle region and lends the town an almost park-like, Mediterranean flair. It stretches for approximately 1.6 km directly along the banks of the Moselle and is the longest of its kind in the region.

🎧 The listening point on the Moselle cycle path in Brauneberg is part of an interactive audio guide project that tells cyclists exciting stories about the region at 40 stations between Perl and Koblenz.

The filigree work of the fountain grille, the ornaments and colorful beam drawings in the half-timbering of the houses, and the ornate weather vanes on the roof gables still bear eloquent witness to the town's former prosperity and history.
