Pikku‑Kuukka is a small, serene lake just outside Uurainen, nestled within the Kymijoki watershed and surrounded by peaceful forest scenery.

Äänemäki has a dual nature: in winter it's a ski resort, and in summer it's full of trails for mountain bikers. You'll find a network of trails winding through peat forests and across readily rideable, dry terrain. To suit all skill levels, the trails are marked as easy, challenging, and difficult, so you can pick your perfect adventure.

Here you can find a spot along the shore to stretch your legs and soak in the tranquil views. Äänejärvi offers you that essential pause, a moment of natural peace to fuel the rest of your ride.

Tikkakoski is the northernmost residential area of Jyväskylä, Finland, about 20 kilometres (12 mi) north of the city centre. It has a population of 6,000.

Uurainen Church was built in 1905 and designed by Yrjö Blomstedt. Its name stems from the church's heart decorations, of which there are over 1 000.
