The Lange Vlieter is a lake that was created by gravel mining and is located next to the Boschmolenplas. This lake is also used as a drinking water lake. The Lange Vlieter serves as a reservoir for the production of drinking water. A beautiful walking route and a cycling path runs along the Lange Vlieter, the Boschmolenplas and the Polderplas.

Nice and cozy place to take a break (to have something to eat/drink) - located right on the bike path. Good simple food (Tosti, Bitterballen, Appeltaart) The atmosphere is like being on vacation. Children can play there for a while and if you want, you can relax in a hammock or enjoy the view of the water.
