Beautiful path, but in the high season you have to share this path with a lot of cyclists, so plan your trip early and on a weekday is my advice!

The cycling route offers occasional glimpses of the water, but truly relaxing with a view during a break is almost exclusively possible here, as nearly everywhere else is private property. There are a few other spots, but they aren't as nicely landscaped.

This is about the only place in Nieuw Loosdrecht where you have a view of the lakes

The Loosdrechtse Plassen near Muyeveld offer a beautiful setting for a bike ride along water, reed beds and picturesque views. This area, created by peat extraction, consists of vast lakes and narrow strips of land with charming old farms and marinas. The winding cycle paths take you along the banks and through quiet villages, ideal for stopping and enjoying the view.

Beautiful piece of nature and wonderful for gravel, but don't look around too much otherwise you will cycle into the water

The Grote Plas in particular attracts many water lovers to come swim in the Maarsseveense Plassen. Bring a blanket and a picnic and settle down on the beach. This is free in various places, but if you want to use the beach you have to buy a ticket. You can do that here: https://www.ticketsstrandbad.nl. Nice path but in the summer it is full of flies.
