Molen In Liefde Draaiend, also known as De Liefde, is a windmill dating from 1893 in Streefkerk, South Holland. It was built after a fire and originally served to grind grain. The mill is no longer in use, but operates as a monument and is occasionally open to the public.

De Liefde windmill in Streefkerk is an octagonal smock mill dating from 1893, built to grind grain. The mill has been restored and is managed by the SIMAV Foundation. It is open to the public every first Saturday of the month and includes an exhibition space.

The town hall of Nieuwpoort is a town hall in the Dutch town of Nieuwpoort, province of South Holland. In order to better defend Holland, a new rampart was built around Nieuwpoort in the years 1673-1695. Part of this modernization was the construction of a new town hall. The building was built in 1697. The town hall has a landing at the front. The roof is crowned by a surrounding hipped roof with an open dome tower. The building stands on a covered area of the Haven with a weigh house with a curved gable at the rear. It has been protected as a national monument since 1968. The Lekdijk is a long dike that winds along the river Lek. The dike was originally constructed to protect the area from the river currents, which often led to flooding in the past. Thanks to the dike and other waterworks, the area is now safe for habitation and agriculture. The dike is still partly the border between the land and the river, and offers a beautiful view of the water and the surrounding landscape.

In the heart of Nieuwpoort, a charming fortified town in the Alblasserwaard, stands the historic Town Hall, a building that testifies to the town's resilience and rich history. Situated on the banks of the Lek River, this striking building tells the story of Nieuwpoort, where water has always played a crucial role in the town's development. Within the walls of the old Town Hall is the Nieuwpoort Museum, where visitors of all ages are taken on an interactive journey through time. The museum focuses on the turbulent times of battle, destruction and occupation that the town experienced, with a particular focus on the disaster year of 1672. This year marked a turning point in Nieuwpoort's history when it became part of the old Dutch Water Line, a defensive line that played an important role in protecting against invasion.

The village got its name from a former landowner, Willem van Blassekijn, a nobleman from the Alblasserwaard. Over the years the name has slowly changed from Grauelant to Blaskens Graveland and Blassekinsgraeve, among others, to Bleskensgraaf. It is a former lordship that was originally part of the lordship of De Lek. In 1706 Gerard van Brandwijk acquired ownership of the lordship. Since the beginning of the 19th century the lordship title has been in the hands of the van der Elst family (of Bleskensgraaf), who to this day have the right to fish in the Graafstroom.

The Nieuwpoort Town Hall is a town hall in the Dutch town of Nieuwpoort in the province of South Holland.To better defend Holland, a new fortification was built around Nieuwpoort in the years 1673-1695. The building stands on an overhang of the harbor with a cradle building with a turning gable at the back.Since 1968 it has been protected as a national monument. The Nieuwpoort Museum is located in the town hall.
