St. Agatha's Church is located at Heereweg 277 in Lisse. This church was built in 1902-1903 to a design by Jean van Groenendael and consecrated on August 7, 1903, by Mgr. Van de Wetering, Bishop of Utrecht, because the seat of the Haarlem diocese was vacant at that time. Since the 1920s, this church has been called the "cathedral of the Bulb Region" due to its grand neo-Gothic appearance. The church is open to visitors daily between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
