The cycle path between Walsdorf and Esch is well-developed and paved with concrete slabs. It is therefore easy to cycle on.

The Goldener Grund stretches, following the Emsbach, from Brechen in the west via Selters and Bad Camberg to Waldems with the Idstein city forest near Bermbach as its eastern end.

Aussiedlerhof between Esch and Bermbach on the connecting path between the two places. From there you have a great view over the Goldenen Grund to behind Bad Camberg and you can continue to Kreuzhecker Hof where coffee, yoghurt and much more are waiting 24/7.

Former watermill with a large yard. Millstones and a water wheel are set up along the running route.

Nice, sunny playground on the outskirts of Waldems-Bermbach. Located directly on the bike and hiking trail and with benches and a table is ideal for a family break during the tour.

With the MTB the cobblestones above are no problem either - beautiful half-timbered houses.

Always nice to look at: Above the asphalt field / bike path running in the valley, an imposing, closed row of half-timbered buildings towers like a city wall. Today houses, formerly used as barns.
