It consists of a system of measured paths with variable and different climatic conditions. Find the paths that suit your physical constitution and the current climate. charms of nature The Hochtaunus Healing Climate Park includes the health resorts of Königstein im Taunus and Falkenstein as well as a 20 square kilometer forest area, which is only interrupted by a short connecting road to the Großer Feldberg. There are the Großer and Kleiner Feldberg at 881 meters and 825 meters as well as the Altkönig at 798 meters above sea level. d. M. The lowest altitudes are on the southern edge of the park at around 300 meters above sea level. Together with the Urselbachtal in the east and the Reichenbachtal in the southwest, the park has a well-structured area where different climatic stimuli prevail.

The Rossert (515m) is a really beautiful peak in the Taunus! On the Schinderhannes Steig it was my personal highlight, a detour here is definitely worth it. The access routes are easy to slightly adventurous (steep stone path with a slightly alpine character, only a very short distance). Once at the top, a small path leads through trees and bushes and the view is just great, it even extends to the Feldberg. The rocks on the summit invite you to take a break, a nice spot.

Alpine-like terrain where the path isn't immediately recognizable. The trail is one of the most beautiful in the Taunus Mountains. A must-see.
