Design: This is a handcrafted, approximately two-meter-high panoramic heart made of steel, bearing the inscription "Görauer Anger." Function: The structure serves as a selfie spot and picture frame for the Jura landscape. It is equipped with a rotating seat. Location: The sculpture is located on the Görauer Anger, a scenic plateau on the edge of the Swabian Alps, offering views of the Kulmbach region and Plassenburg Castle.

The town fortifications of Weismain represent a significant historical feature of the town. Approximately three-quarters of them are preserved and encircle the historic town center in a striking ring. The construction of the town wall likely took place shortly after Weismain was granted town status in 1313. The core of the current structure dates from the 14th century. In the 15th century, the fortifications were expanded, particularly with the construction of the town moat and its retaining walls. Further renovations and reinforcements were carried out in the 18th century. The wall consists primarily of local sandstone ashlar masonry, which gives the town its characteristic appearance.

The Bärentalwächter is a striking rock in the Bärental about 150 m up the valley and east of the Krassach spring. Its summit offers a beautiful view over the valley. The same rock massif also includes a large rock gate through which the descent path runs from the summit to the start of the climbing route. You can see the Bärentalwächter quite clearly through the trees from the valley's main hiking trail. A steep little path branches off from the main hiking trail to the rock. It leads up to the start of the climbing route. You can also reach the rock gate and the summit from behind via this narrow, steep path. You can also walk around the rock massif. ATTENTION RISK OF FALLING: The steep path around the Bärentalwächter and to the summit is very worthwhile, but steep and slippery. That's why it is only recommended for experienced hikers. From the summit of the Bärentalwächter you can look over to the Jura Tower, another climbing rock in the valley. see https://www.frankenjura.com/klettern/poi/178
