The Vogtsmühle (also known as the Abbess's Mill, Lorenz Mill, or Breit Mill) passed from the Benedictine convent of Kitzingen to the collegiate church of Birklingen in 1471. It was not until the 18th century that the mill was given its current name. The mill ceased operation in 1969.

The remains of the Kunigunde Chapel, situated on a rocky outcrop of Kapellenberg (Chapel Hill), date back to around 1500. The structure replaced an older chapel on the same site. She vowed to have a chapel built on the spot where God showed her the first sign of a human dwelling. Immediately afterward, a light appeared, and she heard the bell of Bullenheim. True to her vow, she had a chapel built on the mountain promontory.
