The Braunwald funicular is the only connection to Braunwald. The funicular climbs 600 meters in 7 minutes and takes you to the car-free, sunny Braunwald. The Linthal valley station is easily accessible by car or public transport (Linthal-Braunwaldbahn station). After a varied hike, we reach this wonderful mountain inn. We spend the night there, including dinner and a delicious breakfast. The food is very good, with very friendly service. Great view.
