A Protestant church, originally a chapel dating back to 1511 and later expanded into a parish church. The church's patron saint is Saint Anastasius—small but lovely, even a nice place to stop for a break on a bike ride.

The church dates from 1884/85; on its site previously stood a small church, which had been built in 1511. Parts of this older church can still be seen today, especially the choir with its two tracery windows and a small sacramental niche, covered with a late Gothic reticulated vault.

The locals don't go here. Neither do I anymore... The brewery and the inn have no other ties to the brewery than other pubs that serve beer. The beer is great. The beer garden used to be great...

The beer is top-notch, no question. The inn with its beer garden used to be top-notch. Yesterday, it was removed from my favorites list (very disappointed for the second time in a row): seating issues in the beer garden (I arrived at 5:20 p.m., and by 6:00 p.m., the table was reserved for others; chairs and tables were constantly being moved around), I was overlooked for about 20 minutes, the menu is VERY short, and the portions are very small and quite expensive. I can get the beer elsewhere... P.S. Nuremberg sausages with sauerkraut are long gone. Neither is the radish plate.
