The 1000m Höhenweg (High Trail) is ideal for escaping the summer heat. After the short, steep climb from Bad Griesbach via Sexauerstrasse to the Alexanderschanze, you can cycle the 1000m Höhenweg (High Trail) entirely along the mountain ridges of the Rench Valley for 20 km to Oberkirch, enjoying 6-8 degrees cooler temperatures. In the end, the tour has just 1,100 meters of elevation gain over 60 km.
