From the summit cross on the western peak, you have a beautiful view north toward Hittisau. The ascent and descent are steep, but worth it.

Please only go if you have mountain experience. Please only go when it is dry, as the nail flight is extremely slippery. In 2012, a person fell to his death here. Although it is only a small climbing passage, caution is always advised.

The path from the Rohnehöhe to Alpe Rohne is mostly very narrow and quite steep. Good footwear and sure-footedness are an advantage here. But the view down the valley is very nice.
