From the mountain stations of the Wartherhorn and Jägeralp Express you have a fantastic view of the 2,256 meter high Warther Horn and the surrounding mountains.

The very well-marked ascent route leads through a deep gully with many small climbing spots. The Ier terrain is actually not a big problem, and yet fatal falls do occur in the gully again and again. Because of the brittle rock, be sure to take a rockfall helmet with you. Please note that the Widderstein is only really fun in dry conditions, because the paths soften very quickly.
