At the intersection of the Granittrail / Sulzbergrunde MTB routes is the idyllic farm "Am Jagerhasen" with a colorful mix of domestic animals - horses, ponies, donkeys, goats, sheep, geese, ducks and whatever else is hidden away 🥰

When out on the Danube Cycle Path with the family, the Bike Arena is a nice change of pace. The kids can bike and recharge their batteries, while the parents can relax at the seating areas (with tables) or, like me, laze around in the meadow, listening to the leaves rustling in the wind and taking a nap.

In addition to the great view, you must also admire the interior of this basilica.

To the south, behind Krummnußbaum, the Ötscher is clearly visible on clear days. To the west, the bend of the Danube towards Ybbs / Persenbeug

Below the kiosks and the cafe there is a beautiful view from the east side of the basilica and across the Danube valley

The "Stone Cross" is actually a "Marian Column" 😉

According to the description on the stone, this stone originates from the confluence of the Enns and Danube. The rest area offers a wonderful view of the Danube near Persenbeug-Gottsdorf and the striking Ötscher peak on the southern horizon.

The short detour to the Danube offers a beautiful view of Ybbs with the impressive old barracks / therapy centers and the locks of the power plant from below
