다리 바로 옆에 있는 요새 갤러리 "Fossum brogalleri"는 2002년부터 대중에게 공개되었습니다. 방들은 바위 속에 파여 있으며 여름에도 시원하고 (약간 으스스하기도 합니다). 갤러리 지붕에는 새 다리가 보이는 피크닉 테이블이 있습니다.

Sandbakken Sportsstue는 기본적으로 제가 자주 가는 곳입니다. 이곳은 정말 사랑스럽습니다. 가격은 괜찮고, 음식(특히 케이크와 수프)은 경이로우며, 그곳 사람들은 훌륭합니다 ☺️ Gunn과 가족이 이곳을 환상적으로 만들었습니다. 아! 직접 만든 빵도 꼭 드셔보세요! Sandbakken은 또한 주변의 많은 트레일을 시작하거나 끝내기에 좋은 장소입니다.

The area surrounding the lodge features a rugged coastal landscape where the forest meets the water's edge. This location serves as a primary hub for those exploring the outdoor opportunities of the Sørreisa region, providing a functional base for both land and water-based activities.

Situated in the heart of Østmarka, Vangen Ski Lodge serves as a central hub for hikers and skiers exploring the surrounding wilderness. The lodge overlooks the tranquil waters of Lake Mosjøen and is renowned for its traditional wooden architecture and welcoming atmosphere.

"Gamle Fossumbru" (Old Fossumbru) refers to the original bridge that spanned the Glomma River between Askim and Spydeberg, Norway, before it was replaced by the Fossumbru in 1961. The original bridge, a wooden arch structure, was partially destroyed during the Battle of Fossum Bridge during the Nazi invasion of Norway in 1940. The new Fossumbru, a suspension structure with a main span of 125 metres, is now the bridge that crosses the river at that location.

Nestled in the forest above Nøklevann, Sarabråten was once the summer estate of Christiania’s 19th-century elite, hosted by timber baron Thorvald Meyer. Today, only a few ruins remain, but the place still carries a quiet grandeur, perfect for a reflective pause in the woods.

From the observation tower you have a 360-degree panoramic view, with forests and rolling hills in all directions. On the horizon you will find landmarks such as the towers at Røverkollen and Tryvannshøgda in Oslo and Viktjernåsen in Trøgstad, the radar dome at Haukåsen, the characteristic Kolsåstoppene and not least the twinkling Mosjøen which is right nearby.
