The path crosses Fruvika beach where there is a small bench to stop, regain strength, and continue the journey.

From the road, access to the heights of Vardåsen is via a very steep and rocky single track. There are highly technical sections where climbing with a muscular bike can be really challenging. There are large stone steps, some over 1 to 1.5 meters high. It's definitely worth reaching the top, and the descent, although short, is very intense :-)

At this point there is a group of signpost signaling a track, but the path is gone due to the overgrown vegetation.

I tried to reach this point last weekend, but the road appears to pass through farm - private property. There is a signpost indicating that it’s a dead-end and a private road. Are cyclists I allowed to ride there?
