The walking path through De Valier was given the name Kadospad, nickname of the Lievens family who used this old unloading road to reach their plots in the Valier nature reserve. The path starts along a species-rich marsh marigold where you can admire all kinds of insects in the summer, such as the rare blackthorn page and the musk longhorn beetle. It continues over a boardwalk through a rougher landscape with, among other things, meadowsweet and large valerian.
