내장된 나무 하부 수차를 갖춘 이 물레방아는 1290년에 이미 언급되었습니다. 1429년에 새로운 기록이 있지만, 그 이후로는 역사적 데이터가 모호합니다. 16세기 말 종교 전쟁 중에 이 제분소가 파괴되었다는 것은 확실합니다. 17세기 초에 재건되었습니다. 1774년에도 제분소가 개조되었습니다. (Molenecho's)

Park Groothuys opened in May 2025. You will find picnic benches, a boardwalk and stepping stones by a pond. Cyclists and walkers can cross to the centre of Overijse.
