This forest area offers a beautiful trail for mountain bikers who like a challenge. The Clingebos is a beautiful and varied nature area, where the combination of forest, hills and open field forms an ideal playground for MTB enthusiasts.

Here, at this location, you are at border marker 277. Historical interpretation: After the separation between the Northern and Southern Netherlands in 1830, the border had to be officially established. Since 1843, there have been 369 cast iron border posts between the three-country point in Vaals and the Zwin in Knokke.

Clingse bosn means discovering, playing and balancing on the border. Small children enjoy the gnomes in the play forest, while older children learn more about the exciting smuggling routes. A forest full of surprises. Come discover the mysterious forest for yourself.
