October 2025: The trail presents some challenges; especially after heavy rains, you may encounter large puddles and overhanging branches. The overall width is no more than one meter, and at times it becomes a single track. The grass along the sides is cut a couple of times a year. Not recommended for cycle touring. Suitable for gravel and mountain bikes. The surface is fairly even.

San Dona offers "old and modern," and the town appears very clean and tidy. Cycling through it is a pleasure.

A great location in Lio Maggiore, practically at the very tip of the peninsula. The location is both a restaurant and apartment rental. It's also the pier for ferries to Lio Piccolo.

The construction of the chapel dedicated to Santa Maria delle Grazie dates back to 1480, when it was consecrated by the Bishop of Treviso, Giovanni Dacre. It was only in 1505, at the initiative of the Venetian curate Daniele De Marchi, that the church's embellishment work was completed, and subsequently, a small bell tower was built.
