Beautiful and easily accessible via a moderately steep dirt road. It's a shame it's closed and not open to visitors. From the signs, it appears to be open only on Sundays.

Everything is wonderful! The climb to get there is beautiful, the fort is beautiful, and the setting is beautiful. Unfortunately, it's a bit sad to see such a structure in a state of total abandonment. It's worth it, whether by bike or on foot.

The Palazzo dei Capitani was built in the 13th century by the Scaliger family. Over the centuries it was destroyed and then rebuilt with great attention to detail. Today you can visit the large hall and the garden, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of Lake Garda. The historical complex is considered one of Malcesine's greatest treasures.
