Beautiful waterfall that ends in a pool, where it is also possible to swim. The route to get there is very shady and really pleasant, even in summer. Be careful, however, as it is a seasonal waterfall: depending on the rains and the seasons, it may not be in activity.

Built on the ruins of an ancient temple, later converted into a castle, it houses the « Casa Santa », a small temple believed to date back to 800 AD. The richly frescoed interior (frescoes of the Giottesque school) houses, among other things, what was once the largest vow in Europe, dating from the early 16th century. The Sanctuary of Montecastello (Santuario Madonna della Stella) owes its name to the miraculous apparition of a « star » which put an end to a bloody battle at Tignale in 1200.

With good technique you can cycle both the ascent and the descent towards Garda. Beware of pedestrians

Malcesine is located on the eastern shore of Lake Garda, right at the foot of Monte Baldo. Around 4,000 people live in the community, whose silhouette is dominated by Scaliger Castle, which forms a very important part of Malcesine's history. The landscape, characterized by the surrounding mountains and the gentle shores of the lake, also provides a unique contrast that only a few other towns on Lake Garda can offer. Like many places on the north and east banks of the water, Malcesine primarily attracts wind and kite surfers. The reliably blowing winds always ensure a pleasant breeze outside the coast.
