Barumini is much more than Su Nuraxi, and is worth a visit!

Barumini is well known for the archaeological site Su Nuraxi which is located just outside the town. However, it is worth getting lost in the alleys of the town to breathe in its traditions and thousand-year history.

It is the main village of Trexenta. It is a particularly important center due to the richness of its lands which, thanks to the cultivation of sugar beets, wheat, olive groves and vineyards, make it a commercial reference in the area.

Municipal park with bar (closed when I pass) and with sculpture by the famous Sardinian sculptor Pinuccio Sciola, who unfortunately passed away.

The town of San Sperate, a real museum town a few km from Cagliari, offers various cultural possibilities, I limit myself to pointing out the unique sound museum of its kind
