Wildly romantic, the path is a bit muddy in places (of course it's a bog) so it's better to wear sturdy shoes.

a very well-kept place with a covered break opportunity. The unusual construction, which consists of four huge wooden poles on which a grass-covered roof rests, is modeled on a former harvest storage facility. This construction was called "Four Rod Mountains". The roof was movable in the original. The gully is a stream. The Hohner See drains to the Sorge via the channel and further into the Eider.

The path through the moor is barely recognizable. It is overgrown with thistles and nettles. There are holes under the green that cannot be seen beforehand. The hike through nature is a challenge here. Good shoes and good balance are required here. Not suitable for sensitive dogs as there are many wide-growing thistles and other hard and prickly undergrowth on the path.
