The entire perimeter of Lake Segrino is now classified as a WALK. It is no longer a CYCLE PATH. Therefore, a moderate pace and respect for pedestrians are required.

Following the road that goes up from Pusiano towards the municipality of Eupilio, at this point a wonderful view of the lake opens up.

It is a wonderful protected nature reserve created from the redevelopment of an old mining site. The two lakes, in fact, arise in the old marl extraction excavations. The cycle/pedestrian paths develop within a protected area of high landscape value. It is therefore best to avoid behaviors that could cause damage to the balance of the environment and not to go off the marked paths. The intense rains of recent months have put this area to the test. In fact, we managed to get to the waterfall but were unable to take the road that goes around the lakes because it was interrupted by a landslide.
