Beautiful old Italian town on the shores of Lake Como. It's best to lock your bike at the ferry port (where everyone can see it and it's guarded) and explore the town on foot.

Varenna is also on the “Sentiero Viandante” hiking route and can be reached in 3 stages from Colico. The sections can be divided by bus or train and are very reminiscent of the 5-Terre.

Its structure dates back to 700, but was renovated in 1970 with a porch of slate and chestnut, with the renewal of the interior and the new floor of the sacristy.
