Beautiful lakes for picnics or relaxing. The only drawback is that it's always crowded during the summer months.

Starting from Cantoniera del San Marco towards the Pescegallo lake and from there climbing directly to Monte Ponteranica you walk in a wild environment and interesting passages. Treading snow for an hour like yesterday then even better!!

The Pian di Spagna Nature Reserve is a beautiful flat area, a destination for many migratory birds.
