Beautiful and famous lake easily reachable from Pian del Re and Regina.

At the parking meter near the village parking lot, you can buy a ticket to drive up the gravel road to the old marble quarry. From there, you can start the higher hikes.

The Willy Jervis refuge is located in the suggestive Conca del Pra, at 1,732 meters above sea level. The refuge is dedicated to all the partisans of the V Division "Giustizia e Libertà" who fell during the Liberation, in particular to Willy Jervis, a CAI academic, partisan, who in 1944 was shot by the Nazi-fascists in Villar Pellice. The refuge has 10 small rooms with 1 to 4 beds and 4 dormitories with 8 to 17 beds. It offers a bar and restaurant service all year round. It is an enchanting place both in summer and winter. Please note that the parking payment staff start their duties at 7:30 a.m. If you arrive before then and therefore do not have a ticket to put on the windshield, you may be fined.
