The Pfreimd is a river approximately 76 km long in the Czech Republic and Germany, located in the Upper Palatinate Forest. After a roughly southwesterly course, it flows from the left into the Naab River near the town of Pfreimd in the Schwandorf district. Its upper course, flowing roughly south for 20 km in the Czech Republic, is called the Kateřinský potok. On the Bavarian side, it then continues briefly as the Katerinabach until it reaches the tributary of the Rehlingbach, where the remaining 54 km of its name begins.

Störnsteinn is located directly on the Bockl Cycle Path. There's also a good Zoigl (traditional German beer) restaurant there. Opening hours are posted along the path.

A beautifully landscaped rest area on the Bockl Cycle Path at the former Störnstein stop, just before you have to cross the road. There's a table and chairs, information boards, and the Bockl Cycle Path's signature rails.

A well-developed but unfortunately somewhat boring cycle path. As is typical for a railway cycle path, there are only slight inclines, making it suitable for everyone. Bring provisions; we searched in vain for the "diverse rest stops" mentioned on the overview maps.

To call it a chapel is an exaggeration; it stands quite inconspicuously on the side of the road.
