When the visibility is good, you can see as far as the Donnersberg. There are even free binoculars installed here!

On an interactive circular hiking trail of approximately 4.5 km, you can learn more about the European wildcat, whose population is once again very stable here in the Soonwald forest. The easily walkable path is suitable for families, even with strollers, and begins just beyond the "Wichtelparadies" (Gnome Paradise) forest playground at the Forest Adventure Center. It extends up to the Weißenfels rock formation. Various information panels provide insights into the needs and characteristics of the wildcat, and at some stations, you can actively discover the results.
