The Menotre Waterfall Parking offers two route options: park at Pale for a downhill trail on the way there and uphill on the way back, or at Belfiore to tackle the uphill trail on the way there and enjoy the downhill trail on the way back.

Pale is not as well known as the more famous Rasiglia, but it is worth a stop if you pass through these parts

Villa Elisei in Pale, of which only a few remains remain today, dates back to 1268 and was later used as a paper mill (now abandoned) and its large park as a private vegetable garden.

The church of San Paolo Apostolo in Foligno is a parish church designed by Massimiliano Fuksas and Doriana Mandrelli Fuksas in 2009. Symbol of rebirth after the 1997 Umbria-Marche earthquake, it stands on an area that had hosted a container camp for displaced people. Inside, particular attention is given to the natural lights which scenographically illuminate the elements of greatest importance for the celebration, in addition to the chandeliers, which descend for many meters from the ceiling.

From the town of Pale, going down towards Belfiore, it is possible to take two paths, one which can also be traveled with a mountain bike passes under the Hermitage of Santa Maria Giacobbe, the other, which can only be traveled on foot, winds alongside the waterfalls of the Menotre river.
