The Gola di Pirincanes river bed hike is worth it just for the fact that you have the gorge all to yourself. She is little known, but really beautiful. There's a lot of wild peppermint growing in the riverbed and the whole canyon smells of it. You can cool off in some bathing pools.

The bizarre curved shapes of the tafoni are sculptures made by wind and weather and at the same time natural works of art that stretch over the Sardinian coast. The hole in the rock - Sa Perda Stampada, as the locals call it - is particularly beautiful. Observed from the beach, it only shows its cave-like character on site. Well signposted, it's easy to find and well worth a short walk.
