The Church of Our Lady of Help was built at the beginning of the 17th century. It houses two valuable statues of the Virgin Mary and two paintings from 1606 and 1610.

Beautiful sandy beach with relatively few visitors. If you go to the left, after a few minutes you will see an empty beach. The bar by the bridge has great coffee and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The building is located near a small church known in ancient sources as Ecclesia Sancti Johannis de Portunono. The port referred to by the place name must be the one referred to in 15th century documents with the name of Sa Galitta, also called the port of the Fava Castle or the port of Posada, since it was used by this place. This pier, also called the port of Pedras Nieddas, at the southern mouth of the Rio Mannu, should not be confused with the port of Santa Lucia, which is further south. From the tower you can see the entire surrounding area.
