The Grünbachsee is a clear mountain lake on the last level of terrain before the Putzenhöhe. Anyone who has climbed the Putzenhöhe directly should descend from there towards the west and walk around the lake. But be careful, the small path is easy to miss.

If you need a little cooling, this is the right place. You can jump in here and cool off free of charge. At the soccer field next door there are toilets that you can use.

Very nice view of the Puster Valley. At the lake you can sunbathe and switch off with the view of the lake. The food on offer at the hut is good and inexpensive. The hosts are friendly and very quick at work.
