Colle del Crò is a pass located between Val Lemina and the lower Val Chisone. Here you will find a picnic area surrounded by greenery, a fountain with fresh water and an e-bike charging station. Next to it there is an inn that offers typical mountain cuisine, a pizzeria and offers hospitality with two rooms. Not far away there is also a small Alpine church with a typical sloping roof. The symbol of the pass is the giant wooden chair, perfect for a panoramic photo before getting back in the saddle.

The open-air museum of Costabella is a unique collection of its kind, born from the passion of Mr. Elio Pons. Along the road, on both sides, you can admire a variety of vintage objects, tools, utensils and machinery from the surrounding area, many of them made of stone.

The Barbara Lowrie refuge is located in Pis della Rossa, in the Carbonieri valley of Bobbio Pellice. It was built in 1928 by a Canadian couple, Walter and Barbara Lowrie, who used it as a hunting lodge. Later, they sold it to the CAI UGET who turned it into a refuge, inaugurating it in 1931. It has a capacity of 24 beds and is open every day from May to October with bar service, restaurant and overnight stay. For more information, visit the refuge website: https://www.rifugiobarbara.it.

On the Bricherasio-Barge cycle path, as soon as you leave Bricherasio, you come across this beautiful bridge over the Pellice, originally built for the railway. When there is water in the river, it offers a beautiful view. At both ends the cycle path dives into the woods: it is beautiful to come out of the woods, find yourself in the light of the bridge, and then return to the dim light of the next wood.

The name "Waldensians" comes from the Middle Ages. The Catholic Church used this term to describe the followers of Valdes from Lyon, who founded a movement of itinerant preachers around 1173. Valdes, known as "Petrus Waldus" since 1350, was a wealthy citizen of Lyon. Since he could not read the Latin Bible himself, he had it translated into the vernacular in 1173. He then gave his property to the poor and began to preach publicly. He soon gathered a circle of men and women around him. In 1532, the last itinerant preachers and their followers joined the Reformation and founded a Reformed Church in the Cottian Alps. Its members now called themselves "Waldensians". They were convinced that their ancestors had been Protestant Christians long before the Reformation. Today the Reformed Waldensian Church exists in Italy and South America.
