A large pair of boulders, likely part of the rock massif itself and not erratic, are quite spectacular in their own right, offering a beautiful view of the valley below. Behind the boulders (on the side opposite the road) is a small dry-stone shelter, which can be useful in bad weather. They're located right on the roadside, so you can't miss them!

The climb to Verna is a bit easier, yet offers a stunning view of the valley below. After kilometers of grueling climb, it's a bit like entering paradise.

Access point to the Fire, Cresta, and Galaxy DH trails, a strategic point for accessing the area's main descents. Descent: characterized by highly technical sections, with enduro-style lines and sections that alternate between easy and more challenging sections. Target: The tour is recommended for intermediate to advanced riders. The layout of the DH descents and the presence of technical sections require good riding experience, proper eMTB management, and the use of adequate protection to safely tackle the route.

A special historical reference: a plaque above a fountain commemorates the battles fought by the then mayor of Cumiana, Felice Carboni, for an aqueduct to supply the town with drinking water. The aqueduct was eventually built, and this fountain is a bit of a symbol of it. The fountain and plaque are located on the short side of the market building, opposite the town hall, on the main street. Very interesting for history buffs.
