Wonderful, challenge yourself, between the mountains, between the waterfalls, you really have the feeling of climbing the mountain, a sense of strength and determination. Getting to the top and breathing was incredible

Ridiculous climb, road and valley, first 4 km with some hard but balanced stretches of flat ground, the last 7 km are tough. Very degraded asphalt, with eight sectors where the road has been restored after landslides, then asphalt disappeared. There are 8 drainage grates to watch out for, they cross the road and are made of iron rods that fit a 25 tire comfortably. With a road bike, to be avoided on days of uncertain weather, the road sees the constant presence of stones and armrests, with water I think it's a mess.

The route is no longer accessible, the electricity company no longer even allows hikers (you risk a fine for infringement of private property)

In Noasca the hardest part of the climb to Nivolet begins. Whether through the galleries or across the old road, the uphill section from Noasca to Ceserole Reale is the hardest area by far, with many ramps above 10%. For example, as soon as you leave Noasca, and going up a beautiful waterfall, there is a ramp that reaches 15% over 4 horseshoes. Show!

The Ceserole Reale lake is spectacular and a suitable place to have a drink and enjoy the high mountain landscape. The 3 times I have visited the Nivolet, I have stopped at a bar in Ceserole to enjoy the moment.

At Ceresole Reale it is possible to find some restaurants, and by the way you can also reach the dam of Ceresole on your bike.
