A former factory where Amaro Bairo was produced based on the original recipe of the doctor (archiatrist) Pietro Michaeli, better known as Pietro Bairo, it dates back to the fifteenth century (1452), and was later taken over by the Buton company to produce amaro on an industrial scale. In the golden years of Carosello, there was an ad whose protagonist was a bungling friar, Cimabue, who «does one thing and gets two things wrong», his usual reply, which also at the time passed into common parlance, was : What a mess, you learn by making mistakes! The Amor Bairo multiservice center has now been renovated.

In 1764 it was dedicated to San Giorgio Martire, patron saint of the town. The patronal feast is celebrated on the first Sunday of May. The facade is in Baroque style, internally the temple has a central nave, on which the High Altar and the Choir stand out, and two pseudo-lateral naves with related altars. Note, on the right, the Baptistery, where Cardinal Carlo Furno was baptized. To the right of the High Altar, which dates back to around 1800, there is the Sacristy, while on the left you enter the corridor that leads to the overpass connected to the parish house. Above the entrance portal the organ is visible, the original construction of which dates back to the nineteenth century and was renovated in 1914. Currently the precious instrument is used during some solemn celebrations.
