From the renovation of the historic premises of the Società Agricola Operaia di Mutuo Soccorso of Torre Canavese, a hotel with restaurant and bar was born, which remains as in the past a meeting place for the inhabitants of the town but at the same time becomes a point of reference for hospitality, with a bar, restaurant and very comfortable rooms. The spirit is to respond to the needs of quality and modernity of today's customers while at the same time preserving the typical characteristics of village trattorias: hospitality, friendliness and good food. The premises were donated by the Società Operaia to the Municipality of Torre, which invested a considerable amount to renovate it and adapt it to today's needs. The history of the Society dates back to 1876, when a group of 68 people from Torre founded the "Cooperativa di Mutuo Soccorso", one of the first modern forms of association in the Canavese. Over time, the Society has performed various functions, including the management of a welfare warehouse, a public beverage establishment and a grape press.

Fully paved road

A couple of kilometers of single track, almost all downhill but with some sudden climbs, that only the best and most trained will be able to do while remaining in the saddle. All in the middle of the woods, regularly kept clean but be aware that mainly on the crest of the outer moraine it is very exposed to winds from the south and west, so, despite being regularly cleaned, it may happen that you have to circumnavigate some plants placed across the path. ATTENTION please to the speed downhill, the path is very busy in both directions also by pedestrians and caution and respect for others is required.
