The Arlaud Refuge, located in the Cottian Alps at 1,770 meters above sea level, is the ideal base for hikers and mountain lovers. Open all year round, it offers 16 beds (between dormitories and a double room adaptable for families), 35 seats at the table and a large summer terrace to enjoy the Alpine panorama.

Fort Pramand was the last fort to be built in the Bardonecchia basin (it came into operation in 1905) and, thanks to this, it was equipped with some better innovative features than the other older forts in the area (Fort Bramafam and Fort Foens). It was also and can be reached by motorized vehicles via the Fenil - Pramand - Föens - Jafferau military road which connected it to the valley floor and to the other forts in the basin.
