Baumbach

The "Klosterberg" (monastery mountain) is actually called Baiselsberg and, at 476.6 m above sea level, is the highest point of the Stromberg. The "Baiselsberg Monastery Ruins" at the top are definitely worth a visit.

Great place, worth seeing

Former vineyard hut, which was used as a shelter, and next to it a sky lounger with a wonderful view above the vineyards.

...the "Market Fountain" in Besigheim, Ludwigsburg district, Baden-Württemberg. - At the beginning of the 16th century, the citizens received permission from "Margrave Philip II" to build a stately fountain on the market square. - The column and surround date from a later period. - Depicts a shield holder with the coat of arms of the Margraviate of Baden. - "Besigheim" belonged to the Baden dominion until 1595. - The predecessor of this fountain figure was a statue of "Knight Saint George." - Four lion heads with water spouts. - Text on the fountain: "After the old statue was toppled by a storm in 1564, the present column and image were newly constructed and renovated in 1953, 1976, and 1997."

The view of Hohenhaslach is not so beautiful here... but the view over the valley to the Bromberghöfe and the Baiselsberg is all the more worthwhile
