between Lapio and Taurasi, near the Principe bridge, a majestic iron railway bridge surrounded by greenery, there is this bridge that separates the descent from Taurasi (2km) from the climb to Lapio (about 5km), surrounded by woods and with a bumpy road surface. A somewhat wild but beautiful route.

It can be reached either from Ofantina, from the Sant'Angelo - Industrial Area junction there is a fast-flowing road, or from the state road that connects Lioni to Sant'Angelo or Torella d.L. If you choose, coming from Lioni, the junction for Nusco-Bagnoli (turn left immediately before the petrol station) there are roads with little traffic and with the scenic complex of the Picentini mountains on the left.

A place out of time, an oasis of peace as the sign in the internal entrance says ("respect this place of peace". Entering it by bike, silent and discreet, is a gesture of respect in the wake of the pilgrims on the path of San Guglielmo, patron saint of Irpinia.

The complex of the monastic citadel of the Santissimo Salvatore al Goleto, located in Sant'Angelo dei Lombardi, in Contrada San Guglielmo, it was built at the behest of San Guglielmo da Vercelli in 1133.

An excellent route, a bit wild, in the nature of Irpinia

Located on the slopes of Mount Tuoro (1424m a.s.l.), and next to the Calore river, which flows a little further downstream, it is a small village that preserves its ancient charm intact. The surrounding landscape is characteristic: the view extends into the neighboring areas to include 28 other villages, a number rarely equaled by the neighboring agglomerations and which makes Castelvetere a terrace overlooking the Irpinia landscape.
