The Sanctuary of Santa Maria Incoronata delle Grazie, (entitled to the Madonna delle Grazie) is one of the Marian sanctuaries of Campania. Located in the district of the same name in the municipality of Contursi Terme, it was named a sanctuary in 1901 and a minor basilica in 1959.
